Floral Scarf and an Acceptable T-Shirt.

Recycle Fashion, Wear Vintage T-Shirt: Charlotte Russe.
Floral Brown Scarf: Target.
Red Cardigan: Gabriel Brother's.
Grey Pleated Skirt: Thrifted.
Brown Belt: Kohl's.
Brown Knee Socks: Mom's.
Brown Boots: Forever21.

Whenever I wear just a t-shirt, I tend to feel so self-conscious. Dressing up is like a crutch for me. Whenever I'm having one of those," I think I'm ugly days," I throw on my highest heels, a fancy dress, curl my hair, and viola! Problem solved. :) A t-shirt, however, I just feel somewhat ugly and plain in. Some girls look absolutely amazing in a t-shirt ,and pull off the look effortlessly. They pair it with boyfriend jeans, or sky high heels and look so chic. Me, not so much. I don't have a big chest, so they make me look flatter, and also t-shirts tend to show every little ounce of anything I have. This particular t-shirt though that I'm wearing in the pictures, I'm in love with!
I think the biggest reason I love it so much is the saying, " Recycle fashion, wear vintage." It's a perfect little saying that makes me just adore this t-shirt. I'm always proud to wear this shirt to school and show off my hobby that I enjoy to my classmates. Also, I don't have too many things in green, but this is the perfect color of green I like. Not the in-your-face neon, but also not the yucky pukey green color. The t-shirt is also incredible soft and comfortable, and isn't so terribly tight that it shows bulges. I hate that. That's one of the things that bugs me most about some people and the way they dress. People nowadays buy things wayyy too tight or too small. Just admit that you have put on a little weight and need to cut back on the Dairy Queen! Buy the bigger size! It's okay, there's really nothing to feel bad about. I'd rather not see your belly hang out over your pants (with the belly button ring) or your crack show (with your pink thong hanging out to boot), lol.
Anyways, I thought I would spice this t-shirt up a little with some classic pieces and put a simple outfit together. Just a scarf, and cardigan, knee socks, and boots add a little fire to an ordinary t-shirt! It's not the most creative outfit ever, but I sure like it :)
