Smile, You're On Candid Camera.

Well... I would smile if I could, haha! I'm here to tell you all my surgery went well. No complications or anything of that sort. I don't remember a darn thing to tell you the truth... It's so creepy! I don't remember going into the surgery room, any of the surgery, leaving the place, eating a Frosty at Wendy's, or even coming home. Weird, huh? When my mom told me I had eaten a Frosty I literally told her she was a liar because I have no recollection whatsoever of ever doing that!

I'm in a lot of pain and my whole mouth, tongue and lips are still numb which makes it pretty comical when I eat! All of the food just slides right out of my mouth because I can't feel anything, haha. My diet today has consisted of a frosty, two puddings, a bowl of tomato soup, and a bowl of double brownie ice cream. This is the only good part about the surgery!

I want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for all the well wishes, prayers, and helpful advice that you left me. It mean so very much to me that so many people out there care! And just for laughs, I had to post these two very attractive looking pictures my dad took of me while I was sleeping... Thanks for that Dad, and I'm sure these could make the front page of Chictopia ;)

Hope you all are doing lovely!
With much love, Lauren.
P.S. And it's very obvious that I'm addicted to blogging. I said yesterday I didn't know when I was going to be back, yet here I am blogging away... So typical Lauren.

You are always the courageous one, Lauren. You met this challenge head on and now it's time to thank yourself, rest and recuperate. Take it easy this weekend. Enjoy this opportunity to slow down the pace of your life for a while.

Ahh I hope you feel better soon! When I got my wisdom teeth taken out I was so out of it too. I looked like a chipmunk and lived on jelly for a few days after.

Hope you feel better sooner than you think! This makes me less afraid to go into surgery. Yes, I'm sure the pain afterward is terrible but I was only worried during the surgery.

Replying to your last comment on my blog.
Floral Docs are lovely! So cute. But you'll never guess how much mine cost me, .75cents! No joke. Everytime I go thrifting I'm always in hopes to find vintage docs and in my size, I finally did. Now I'm just looking for black Docs. I know they are very pricy, but keep a good look out, maybe you'll get lucky and find floral ones. I never thought I would I found them in the most amazing price. They're also in awesome condition.

Thrifting rocks.

awww how sad. wisdom teeth get taken out? I got mine taken out a year and a half ago so I know that feeling and hunger too!! I think I lived off of ice cream and mashed potatoes for 5 days. Hope all is well since then, although I am sure it is since you've posted more entries since?
