Puddles Gather Rain.

Navy Blazer w/ Elbow Patches: H&M.
Lace Dress w/ Peter Pan Collar, Nude Patent Oxfords: Forever21.
Straw Fedora: Thrifted.
Stone Necklace: Kohl's (from a very long time ago).

Hello everyone!
It was actually pouring rain when I (attempted) to snap these outfit photos today. I knew that the forecast predicted rain for early this afternoon, but a downpour I certainty did not expect. It wasn't but five minutes that I ran out of the forest with my camera under my blazer looking like a drowned rat...lolz. What I did manage to snap I do rather like though! I couldn't go without taking photos of this outfit despite the less than amicable weather. This is probably my favorite dress in my closest and always my go to when feeling uninspired.

Anywhoo, I hope you all are lovely and staying dry unlike me!
With much love, Lauren.

Wow! Rain in January! It's strange how mild this winter has been so far.

Unfortunately I have not stayed very dry today! I walked out of my house to catch the school bus, and it's still pitch black out at that time, so I couldn't see the huge lumps of wet snow falling from the sky, and so my hair got all wet and gross. (And frizzy. Bleh.)

That dress is a beautiful color on you! Pale pink complements your hair and skin tone beautifully. :)

This is probably my favorite outfit of yours to date, I love the combination of colors and that stone necklace is just the most perfect addition that made the outfit really wonderful.

i love the blazer with the lace dress! i have an a-line black lace dress that isn't dressy enough for night, but is too dressy for day. i'm inspired to put my casual grey sweatshirt-material blazer with it and wear it on out - thanks! :)

Amazing dress Lauren! Lace and a pretty collar = doesn't get much better than that! I like the colours you paired it with as well, but I already know you're a master in that area :)

I have a really similar lace dress to the one you have. I love how yours looks with the blue blazer and cute hat. I'm going to have to try something like this!
