Hello everyone
If you all have been following my blog for a year, you'll remember that last year I was a hostess at a restaurant called Cheddar's. For those of you who don't have one in your state, it's pretty much an Applebee's! Anywho, there was always a lot of drama there and countless times I came home crying and upset (ahem, this epic post right here). I worked from July to October and then had to quit because it was just too hard to balance work and my senior year.

Welllll....I am back at Cheddar's! I really wanted to get a little job this summer to save up some money for college and I felt like going back there (even though I hated it) was my best option. I already know the ropes and they rehire quite often. I was happy that I was able to get my job back, but we'll see how long this happiness lasts ;)

My orientation was today (which was pointless because I already know everything but it's still required) and I should start working next week! I'm nervous about how it will affect my blogging, but I think everything should turn out fine. Get ready for three months of emotional ranting!

OH! And thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the advice and kind words on my 'First Impressions' post...you all never cease to lift me up out of my darkness and brighten my days! x

With much love, Lauren.

P.S. The winners of the Cutey bracelet giveaway are Szappanbubi (#17) and Marie (#8)! Congrats ladies and thank you to everyone who entered- I wish I could give all of you a prize :)

Saving money is always a good thing! And maybe it won't be as bad since you'll just be there for the summer!
I love your outfit! The shoes are perfect!

You are so lucky that you were able to get a job this summer. I have been trying so hard to get a job, but unfortunately I haven't been able to. I applied at Kohl's and haven't heard back. I really want to get a job in retail because I want to work in fashion. I cross my fingers that they will call me for an interview.

I love your nail polish! I'm a sucker for pink polish. Oh and your rings are adorable too!

I love your shoes most of all. I don't own any heels but if I did I would want floral mary janes!

Well first I love this outfit and the shoes are gorgeous. Good luck at Cheddars again this summer. I am kind of in the same situation but hopefully it works out best for the both of us. If not will still look fabulous.

Hello! I think it's a good idea trying to earn as much as you can before Uni. I spent my summer before Uni working in a chip shop (hated it!) and then my University summer holiday next year working at a hotel Switchboard (hated it more!)- it's really important to get some money behind you for uni!
Love the light and breezy dress!

Good luck on being a working lady once again! Working in a restaurant could definitely be annoying, I imagine. I love this little white dress and the shoes are so darn cute! I hope your job doesn't affect your awesome posts too much!

Good luck with the job! I'm interested in this place! It sounds strange. They don't have them up this way. I hope they're nicer to you this time around. And your shoes are beautiful.
