Hello, hello ♥
Even if it doesn't feel very much like fall where you live, you can still bring a little bit of autumn into your wardrobe with a color palette. Deep wines, berry plums, burnt oranges, and mustard yellows help even minimally layered outfits feel fall appropriate. It has been cool here in Ohio the past week but it's getting hot tomorrow with 90 degrees! Planning to wear something cool in the above autumn shades :)

I am really excited to be emersing myself in Christ this semester. I'm coming up a year on dedicating my life to Him and it's been awesome to see how much this fall school year has changed this time around. I attend NAVS every Wednesday, a church like worship service called H2O on Sundays, a sophomore girls bible study on Mondays, and before I go to bed every night I have a quiet time. I heard someone tell me something really impactful and eye opening once-- you shouldn't feel like, awh I have to read my bible. Or awh I have to go to church. Think about it this way. You GET to read your bible. You GET to go to church. If you could see your favorite celebrity tomorrow would you feel like you have to or get to see them? It's kind of that way with seeing/talking to Jesus. Why wouldn't you want to talk to the king of all kings?!

Just thought I'd give you all a little update with how my journey was going. I know this topic isn't for everyone who reads my blog, but I like to include it when I'm feeling inspired.

Hope all is beautiful in your lives! x

With much love, Lauren.

I wouldn't want to talk to the "king of kings" because he's the epitome of contradiction.

Christianity makes no sense and I wish others would see it.
