Hi guys! ♥
Happy Friday to you all. I'm sure a lot of you are sure glad it's the weekend! It's been strange, but I've been really under the weather the past few days. Not in a cold, flu, typically sort of sickness way. I can't pin point it. I am very dizzy to the point where I constantly feel like I'm going to fall backwards. It makes it so I can't do much, and I'm always in fear of passing out. I get this sometimes and haven't a clue why. Nothing helps- trying to sleep it off, drinking lots of water, eating... It seems to be the root of something else. It's just scary because a few years back when I had this same feeling I ended up passing out when getting out of the bath and fell down a flight of stairs. I'm just weary to do anything alone in case something like this happens again.I'm praying that I start to feel better; it's just scary to feel something is wrong with you but not know what.

I am excited though that I finished my Halloween costume last night and if I'm feeling better, I should be wearing it tomorrow for some festivities! I have a few parties to go to and I'm super stoked. My costume only cost $12 to make;have any guesses what I'm being...?

With much love, Lauren.

Lauren, this dress is goooorgeous, and I love it with the shirt layered underneath! I want to know what you're being for Halloween! As far as the sickness goes... do you think it could be an inner ear problem? When I get sick, it also affects my eustachian tubes (everything with your sinuses are all connected), which really impacts my ability to hear and keep my balance. You might try making an appointment with an ENT (ear, nose and throat doctor). It could also be a result of medications, etc., but my best guess is an inner ear thing, because as far as I know, that's the most likely thing to affect your balance. I hope you start feeling better very, very soon!!

I have problems with dizziness, especially when the weather changes. Believe it or not, taking an over-the-counter medication for motion-sickness helps. Look for products that contain meclizine, such as Bonine. That's what my too-neurologist suggested for me.

Oops! That's oto-neurologist. (Stupid autocorrect!)

First of all, the dress is AMAZING on you. Second of all, I LOVE that you paired it with a collar like that. Third of all, ah...sigh...the tights and shoes and necklaces. Need I say more? YOU are ADORABLE! Love this outfit and the photos are beautifully done! I'm new to your blog but am so glad I found you tonight. What a fun treat! :)
