December 1, 2009. Hello everyone!!
Well, today is the one year anniversary of my blog! I am just in utter disbelief... I can't believe that I've been blogging a year already! This blog first started off as just a little experiment that my English teacher told me to try, but it has blossomed into something I truly love and am so passionate about. So much has happened to my little blog in just one year! Check out these stats:
- I've recieved 853 lovely comments.
- I have 58 wonderful followers.
- I posted 57 times before my first comment, which was from Mila the other girl!
- I have posted 312 times (counting this post)
- I've received 853 lovely comments.
- It took months for me to receive my first follower.
- I have been through four cameras!
- I have posted 178 outfits.
- Through my blog I have: been featured in the Chictopua style gallery three times, the Chictopia front page, and been featured on US Magazine.com.
Pretty crazy, right?! I never thought in a million years that my blog would come this far. I originally used it as just an outlet for releasing my feelings, but it has become so much more than that. I have found amazing people out there who I have connected with and become friends with. I have learned to accept myself for who I am and always be myself. I have gained self confidence and now see how I am beautiful in my own way. And finally and most importantly, I have come to a better understanding of my personal style. :)
I just want to thank each and every one of you out there who read my blog. Family members, followers, friends from school, and people who just happen to stop by my blog. Your support has been amazing and you have made blogging a truly incredible experience for me. So, as a big THANK YOU... I'm having a giveaway tomorrow in honor of my one year blog anniversary!
