Hello everyone.

I won't lie and say that I've been great as of late because in reality I've somewhat been falling apart . I'm at a very sad and low point in my life that I'm hoping to get out of soon . Although I do have a sickening feeling that it is going to take more than a little while to get out of this dark hole I seem to be in and manage to find light again . I hope you all are doing lovely though . Smile big for me .

With much love, Lauren.

I am sorry to hear you're going through sadness. My very best wishes to you. Everyone goes through dark times, believe me, and things do eventually get better. You look beautiful in these photos.

Until I was about 17, I was actually pretty suicidally depressed all throughout high school. I hope you're not at that extreme, but know that you will find that light, I promise!

If my words have ever been of help to you please remember them, Lauren. Every single one of us goes through these high and low points. Please remember how many people care about you...including me!

I don't want to say I know what you're feeling right now lovely, because only you can really know the extent of your feelings, but I too know what it's like to have low and dark times. Just know that NOTHING is ever permanent, no matter how low you may feel. The tides will always, always change, and things will be good again. Also know that you have so many people who love and care about you and want the best things for you-- your blog friends (like me :)) included. I hope things begin to feel lighter and sweeter sooner rather than later.

All of the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle. -- St. Francis of Assisi

Just find that one little piece of light in your life right now, and hold onto it until all the dark is gone. xoxo.

Oh Miss Lauren! Times do go dark, plenty of it, sometimes you have to just embrace it and look at the world differently, a new normal happens and then you are more than you were before with a greater understanding of the world. When you come out, of course you are in the light again, and look back at the dark times but don't quite see it as bad, but also it never leaves you again because it's still a part of you. There seems to be plenty of people here for you, and I'm sure many more in your town! You have your very own personal cheerleading squad!!! Just hang in there and never give up hope, hun! :-)

Hang in there my blog friend. I sometimes feel the same way you do, but having friends makes it all better, even if they are only on-line friends.
By the way, I love, love, love your photos above along with the style icon images you added to your blog.
You Rock!!!
