On Edge.

Floral Dress: Forever21.
Pink Cardigan, Brown Boots, Brown Purse: Thrifted.
Teal Beret: Target.

Tonight I'm on edge. As the time draws near to winter, I grow more worried about throwing up. My OCD runs rampant and the thoughts flood my mind incessantly. Even though I'm on medication, sometimes I feel like I'm not on anything at all.

Although I do know that tomorrow will be better. It always is after all. As I worry late into the night, praying to God to help me and keep me safe, I'll wake up tomorrow morning feeling fresh, alive, and unafraid again. Fearless. I'll be fearless until the day starts to drag on and the stars start to shine brightly in the ink colored sky. Then the demons of my inner conscience come out.

I'm tired of always washing my hands. I'm tired of avoiding 'sick' people. I'm tired of praying over and over again until I drift off to sleep. I'm tired of worrying about nothing. I'm tired of living in fear.

With much love, Lauren.

I love this outfit. And, I hope your OCD begins to be easier to live with. Staying in constant fear of people would be scary for me, and I bet it is for you.
I hope you'll be able to over come it one day!
Wish you the best of luck! Again, you're always stunning. Don't ever fear that you're not!

Love the colors in this, once again I adore your shoes. Those boots are too cute!
I have a little OCD, or at least that is why my boyfriend says, I tend to over organize things quite a bit. Hopefully yours will get better soon, winter is a great time. Just think of all the lovely holidays :)

Hoping you are ok darling. I don't know what it feels like to struggle with that, though at times I do deal with general fear and anxiety...so my heart goes out to you. Sending wishes and prayers for a happy and healthy winter your way minus the fear.

You look incredibly gorgeous. I really love everything about your outfit...the pink, brown, blue palette is perfection. And how cute is your hat!! Take care Lauren! xx

Another beautiful outfit. The colors are some of my favorite, but I've never seen them in this lovely combination.... And my dear I do hope that the anxiety eases up for you, or that you are able to find a "lifehack" to deal with it on the occasions that it gets overwhelming. My husband has a similar issue and for him the lifehack is just...more sleep. I admire both of you for having to deal with it. Stay inspiring!

Aw girl, I hope things get better for you. While I've never been OCD, I do have extreme anxiety and I know how exhausting it is. I hope you are able to feel some kind of relief :/
