Set Sail For Spring ⚓

Anchor Dress (sold out, but here's almost the exact one): c/o eShakti.
Red Bow Hat: Thrifted.
Lipstick in MAC's Russian Red.

Hello there!

Nothing like a day spent with my family is more perfect ♥ My family came up to Kent to visit me today and it was a real treat. Not only did they lift my spirits, but the weather was a huge help being truly perfect. Sunny and 50 degrees. Spring is hopefully on her way!

Nautical clothing has always been my favorite and I've suprisingly yet to own a dress adorning anchors. The delicate scallops at the sleeves, collar, and placket are too perfect...and little matching buttons have me on board to love this forever. I may not like actual boating, but with this dress I can surely pretend, right!? (I don't have any sea legs to speak of, heh). Eshakti, you make the most beautiful, high-quality dresses. Be my whole wardrobe, please?

Hope you all are enjoying your weekend!

With much love, Lauren.

Oh how gorgeous is this! I just rediscovered eShakti - what a cool company. I love the anchor print and the lace(?) around the sleeves and collar. And it's absolutely perfect with that red hat! You look so good in hats! I have hat envy! You've also inspired me to try red lipstick again. Love this whole post!

PS: I am the girl who bought that lovely blue and white long-sleeved vintage dress from your Storenvy shop, and it is absolutely lovely. Fits like a dream. I may have to get the zipper replaced, since it won't stay zipped when I get it half-way up (without someone helping me), but I just wanted to let you know how much I love it, and thank you! :)

Lovely dress, Lauren The print is so cute. And I also love the hat - looks great on you. Learned about Eshakti a while ago, but unfotunatelly they don't ship to European countries ;( Consider yourself lucky xD

I almost picked this dress for my eShakti review! I love the anchor print so much. Nautical clothes are always a favorite of mine - especially when the weather warms up. Your red hat looks perfect with your new dress. I love the red heels too. Gorgeous outfit!

Loving the hat Lauren! I love nautical themes too. There's some really nice nautical dresses on Hell Bunny. Don't know if you have ever shopped there but I recommend it. Plus, they have pockets which everyone knows makes a dress.
