Hello everyone!!
Well, today is a very special day in my heart...it's Someone Like You's third anniversary!
I can still remember sitting down to write my first post in 2009 on my parent's desktop computer and typing my introduction over and over again because I didn't know what to say...and I remember how excited I was when I posted my first outfit; taken in my house wearing a leopard pencil skirt...Yikes! But I was so proud of that outfit and I'm still proud of that outfit. Because of that outfit I started something that would become a passion of mine, documenting my life, my style, and my journey. That one outfit helped me make hundreds of friends, reach out to girls all over the world, and meet incredible people in real life I would have never otherwise met. That one outfit helped me decided my major...what I want to do with the rest of my life. It changed everything.
I've come so far and I always put together a huge post for my blog anniversaries every year of old outfits past (see one and two). Even though it's a lot of work (it takes hours!) it makes me so emotional and proud of myself to see this journey I've been on...finding myself and style wise. I'm not the same girl I was last year or the year before or the year before that. I've grown so much and it's incredible to be able to look back, see it, and remember it.
As always, I love to do a little bit of statistics every year! :)

Thank you to everyone who has been on this tumultuous but irreplaceable journey with me whether you've been a reader for three years or just today...I couldn't do all of this without you guys. I am so blessed and thank God for each and every single one of you. Here's to another year of blogging! ♥
